Gigi, due to health reasons, has been retired and is now living with a nurse from our vet's office who will monitor the meds she will need. I really miss her but I know she's being well cared for and will have a good life.
FANNIE
SILVER CHOCOLATE POINT STANDARD NAPOLEON
October 28th, 2017 Update:
Fannie's last litter is now being shown on our Welcome Page. She has six beautiful little boys and girls, and she's now going to retire with me and be one of my much loved pets along with Misty and one of Fannie's babies from this litter.
She was born here at Our Favorite Things Cattery and is the daughter of Halle and ResQMeFarms VanGogh. She had her first litter on April 8th, 2015. She's been a joy to watch her litters grow into beautiful kittens and then grown cats and many of her kittens' new families have come back for a second kitten because they're so special.
MISTY'S TRISH (Now called Misty II)
NONSTANDARD SILVER SHADED/WHITE NAPOLEON
I n
Misty was always one of my favorites but she was very high maintenance and because of that I made the decision to retire her. She's also in a wonderful pet home and is getting a lot of attention and love. I'm keeping a Nonstandard girl from her last litter, and hopefully she'll have babies as beautiful as Misty's babies have been.
(UPDATE)
I named her baby Misty's Trish but I now call her Misty II because she's turned out to be so much like her mom it's scarey - she also loves outdoors as much as her mom did, so I have to keep a close watch to be sure she doesn't run out when the door is open.
(Update:)
She's actually learned how to open the screen door so I have to be doubly careful when I go outside. I have on occasion walked up on the porch and realized the door was ajar, so I turn around and call "Misty" and she comes running from the bushes!
She is also going to retire with me and live out her life as a treasured member of my family. She's always held a special place in my heart - she's more like a dog than a cat in that she always comes when I call her and she even has conversations with me, but yes, I admit I don't really know what she's saying but it's fun anyway!
